onprofit organization based in Branford, Connecticut. Our mission is to expand access to vital resources for individuals impacted by incarceration and recovery, using lived experience, evidence-based practices, and a family-centered approach to promote empowerment and healing.

We are currently seeking to redesign our website, which is built on WordPress, to better reflect the depth and impact of our work.
